Where It started.
Before Flaménoir was a brand, it was a memory.
Growing up, I remember my mother getting ready to leave the house. Long after she walked out the door, her fragrance remained. I may not have known what she was wearing, but I remembered how it made the room feel.
Years later, that memory became the inspiration behind Velvet Ink, the first fragrance created for Flaménoir.
It also became the idea behind the brand itself: scent is invisible, but its impression can stay with you.
WHY FLAMÉNOIR?
The name Flaménoir brings together two sides of the brand.
Flamé represents warmth, light and the intimacy of a flame.
Noir represents depth, mood and the memories that stay with us.
