Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Flaménoir Aroma is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Flaménoir Aroma is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
